Genuine AP brake master cylinder for the Mini front/rear split dual line system. This stepped bore master cylinder was originally fitted from 1985-88 and can be identified by a yellow tag around the cylinder body. Pre 1985 front/rear split master cylinders are marked with a black tag,
The GMC227 replaces all previous front/rear split master cylinders but will require a brake pipe adaptor kit to fit it to pre '85 Mini's. The adaptor kit is BAU5654 for RHD cars and BAU5655LHD for LHD cars and contains new pipes with the correct 10mm and 12mm unions used on this master cylinder.
