A brand new 1275cc A Plus Mini Crankshaft, direct from the parts shelves at Powertrain factory, Longbrige, supplied complete with Big End Bearings 01-4331/4 and Main Bearings H1183/3. Exclusively from Mini Sport who have all the reamianing stock of the CAM6232 Mini A+ crankshafts in the world!
The best factory made crankshafts produced for the Mini A+ engine was the CAM 6232, originally used in the 1275cc Engine from the Metro Turbo and MG Metro 1300 models. Any A+ 1275cc crankshaft is suitable for high performance, high rpm use, but the CAM 6232 were stronger and better prepared from the factory with a nice radius on the oil gallery holes plus radius journals (see image), for higher performance use.
Easily recognisable with the letters and numbers CAM 6232 in the forging, this Mini A+ crankshaft has main bearing sizes 2.0005-2.0010in/50.813-50.825mm and big end sizes 1.7504-1.7509in/44.460-44.473mm.
